At Martial Arts Family Fitness, we have 3 types of Fitness Classes and 3 types of Membership Agreements. Below, you'll find our 3 different Fitness Programs which give access to different classes and agreement options.
KUT 9 Week Challenge
KUT (Kickboxers Ultimate Training) is a transformational group training system that is guaranteed to produce results in only 9 weeks! KUT integrates heart-zone conditioning, resistance training, core strengthening, and nutritional coaching to support your personal fitness goals. Beginner or elite athlete, you’re in the right place. Classes for this program are 6 days a week, with 6 different time slots available to choose from on most days.
This program involves all of our fitness classes - just like the KUT 9 Week Challenge does, but it leaves out the accountability, nutrition coaching, and goal setting evaluations. If you're motivated to continue after your 9 weeks of KUT are over, or if you want to jump right in to a monthly membership, this is the program for you. You'll get a great workout and learn some incredible skills along the way.
KUT Class Passes
Our Class Passes are the most flexible, yet most expensive option to train with us. Buy packs of classes, similar to a punch card.
