The Purpose of Agreements at MAFF

We are a family owned and operated business.  We believe that Membership Agreements are a win for everyone because:

  1. They help Students set goals and get far better results!
  2. They allow us to reward those who are committed with lower rates.
  3. They allow us to hire great Staff and forecast our business to provide world class service.



Every Student signs a Membership Agreement

  • Trial Students and KUT students are the exception to this, as there is no ongoing tuition.
  • If you don't have a signed agreement on file, you will not be able to check in to class.
  • If you didn't sign an agreement, please let us know for special free gift!



We have 3 types of Membership Agreements

  1. Prepaid Agreements
  2. Term Agreements
  3. Month-to-Month Agreements



What happens after the Agreement is over?

  1. Prepaid Agreements do not automatically renew.
  2. Term Agreements switch to Month-to-Month Agreements.
  3. Month-to-Month Agreements continue until they are cancelled.

How to pause your Agreement

  1. Familiarize yourself with our Membership Freeze Policy.
  2. Give us Proper Notice as defined in your agreement.


How to extend your Agreement because of travel

  1. Familiarize yourself with our Vacation Time Credit Policy.
  2. Give us Proper Notice as defined in your agreement.


How to cancel your Agreement

  1. Familiarize yourself with our Cancelation Policy.
  2. Give us Proper Notice as defined in your agreement.
