How does my Tuition get billed?

We use state of the art Billing software that automatically bills the payment account that you have put on file with us.

What day does my Tuition get billed?

Depending on when you signed up, your billing date is on one of the following days:

  • 1st
  • 5th
  • 10th
  • 15th
  • 20th
  • 25th
  • Last Day of the Month

What Tuition payment methods are accepted?
  • Checking Account (ACH/EFT)
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover (Credit/Debit)

Who actually runs the Tuition payments?
Our system is setup to bill automatically, so no one is actually running your payment every month.  On a big scale, this actually reduces the amount of possible errors on our end.

How do I know that the correct amount is being charged to my account?
Unless you have heard from us regarding a tuition change, your tuition should remain the same.  You can compare your bank records to our records by pulling up your own monthly statement and then logging in to our Student Portal and navigating to your billing history.

What happens if there is a Billing error?
In most cases, if your account gives our system an error, we will automatically send you an email about it asking for your help to fix it.  If the error is not corrected, you may not be able to check in for class without seeing the Student Service Desk.  It is likely that you will see the error before anyone on our staff does.  We look through payment errors once a week in order make personal contact with students who have not come forward to help already.

What are possible reasons for a Billing error?
  • AVS Mismatch.  This error means that we have an incorrect billing address on file or your name was typed in incorrectly.
  • Insufficient Funds.  If you don't have enough money in your account for whatever reason, we would be unable to process it.
  • Unspecified Error.  With all the new security we have in our system, there are a number of reasons that your bill might not go through.
  • Human Error.  It's possible that we made a typo during your account setup, or that forgot to check a box.  We own up to our mistakes, so if this is the case please get in touch with us or search your inbox for an email from us.

What kind of security is in place to guard my personal and billing information?
  • Our Billing software is called Zen Planner.  We chose them because they are leaders in the industry in regards to security and are always making updates to ensure the highest encryption protection and PCI compliance.
  • Once your account information is entered into our system, it is 100% secure.  Even our Service Team is unable to see your full account numbers.
